The Service and all Content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use or reproduce any part of the Service or Content without our prior written permission.

4. Fees and Payment

The Service offers both standardized and customized paid options:

  • Digital Products: Prices for digital products (courses, ebooks, etc.) are clearly listed on their individual product pages.
  • GPTs: Prices for Personal Brand GPT and other GPTs are listed on their individual product pages.
  • Custom Services: The following services are priced on a per-project basis. Please contact us for a personalized quote based on your specific needs:
    • MVP as a Service
    • SaaS and Sales Consultations (available at hourly rates or as packages)
    • CRO Audits for SaaS Companies
    • GTM Reports for SaaS Companies

Payment Methods: We accept payments via all major credit/debit cards, UPI, bank transfer for local payments. For international payments, it’s done strictly via Wise. Prices may or may not include applicable taxes, which will be clearly stated at checkout.

Refunds: Due to the customized nature of our services offered (MVP as a Service, Consultations, Audits, Reports), refunds are not offered.

However, we are committed to client satisfaction and will work with you on a case-by-case basis if issues arise.

5. Disclaimers

  • No Guarantees: The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding specific results or outcomes from its use.
  • Liability Limitations: Our liability for damages incurred from using the Service shall be limited as allowed by applicable law.
  • External Links: We are not responsible for content or practices on third-party sites linked to from the Service.

6. Modifications to The Service and ToS

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. We’ll notify you via a notice on the Service of significant changes. Your continued use after changes take effect signifies your acceptance.

7. Termination

We may terminate your account at our discretion for any reason.

8. Dispute Resolution

These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Thane, Maharastra, India.
